Binance is hiring an Affiliate Campaign Operations Specialist to support global affiliate campaigns with KOLs, influencers, and partners. You'll manage timelines, assets, budgets, and campaign tracking while working cross-functionally with marketing, BD, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end affiliate marketing campaigns
• Manage campaign setup, assets, UTM links, and budgets
• Track and analyze performance (registrations, volume, ROI)
• Collaborate across departments (design, product, legal, finance)
• Maintain campaign documentation, SOPs, and reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years in digital marketing, influencer/KOL or campaign ops
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, UTMs, and crypto ecosystem
• Strong project management & coordination skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets and analytics dashboards
• Fluent in English & Mandarin; other languages a plus
• Web3/crypto/fintech experience preferred
