Job Description:

Deloitte Middle East is hiring a Senior Manager for its Finance Transformation practice in Doha. This leadership role involves delivering strategic consulting to CFOs and finance executives, optimizing finance operations, and driving digital transformation using tools like SAP EPM, Oracle, OneStream, Celonis, and more.

You’ll lead client engagements, manage cross-functional teams, develop industry insights, and contribute to business development initiatives. A strong network in the region and deep expertise in finance strategy, operating models, and performance management are essential.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant consulting/industry experience
• Qualified accountant or similar credentials
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Experience with large-scale finance transformation projects
• Willingness to travel (80–100%)
• Advanced degree preferred
• Financial services background (e.g., banking, insurance)
