Overview:

Deloitte Middle East is hiring a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation to lead complex client engagements, advise CFOs, and drive strategic finance initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, deep sector expertise, and business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale finance transformation projects from planning to execution
• Advise CFOs on finance strategy, performance management, and digital finance solutions
• Guide clients through business model changes, enterprise decision-making, and finance operations optimization
• Build and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Develop intellectual capital and lead go-to-market strategies
• Identify key performance indicators and define transformation metrics
• Participate in proposal development and client pursuits
• Stay ahead of finance technology (SAP EPM, Oracle, OneStream, Tagetik, Celonis, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in consulting or industry (preferably in banking or insurance)
• Strong track record in business development and client management
• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience
• Experience leading teams of 12+ people
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Willing to travel 80–100%
• Familiarity with modern EPM and finance technologies
