Job Summary

Tetra Pak is hiring an Application Sales Manager to lead sales of processing solutions for Dairy Chilled & Fermented products in South Asia and select global markets. The role requires technical knowledge in dairy/fermented product processing and strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of line and product solutions, focusing on dairy and fermented product categories.
• Own sales targets and profitability for assigned regions.
• Collaborate with local markets to manage pipelines and identify new opportunities.
• Design competitive processing line solutions and develop value propositions.
• Support global sales strategies and prepare commercial offers for processing units.
• Travel up to 30% for customer engagement and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in the liquid food industry.
• In-depth understanding of dairy processing technologies.
• Strong commercial and process engineering background.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results and navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
