Job Summary

Tetra Pak seeks an Application Sales Manager to drive sales of processing solutions for prepared food products such as sauces, soups, spreads, and ready meals. The role involves leading customer engagements, designing competitive technical solutions, and supporting market operations primarily in Europe, with global reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve sales and profitability targets in assigned markets
• Develop and manage business opportunities in collaboration with local markets
• Create competitive technical offers with strong customer value propositions
• Support global sales with product solutions and services
• Lead quotations for selected processing units
• Deliver internal training and competence development on Tetra Pak’s portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in food processing or the liquid food industry
• Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of food production
• Knowledge of automation and process engineering preferred
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
