BDR Manager, Americas at Fireblocks (New York, NY, USA)
Location: New York, NY (with a focus on North and South America)

The Role: Fireblocks is seeking a BDR (Business Development Representative) Manager for the Americas region, covering both North and South America. This leadership role will allow you to recruit, onboard, and lead a team of talented BDRs, driving opportunities for the sales team and optimizing regional strategies. You’ll manage the execution of outbound and inbound business development strategies, helping Fireblocks continue its position as a leader in the digital asset industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of BDRs in New York City and São Paulo, providing training and coaching to improve performance.
- Sales Development: Lead the effort to generate qualified leads and create business opportunities for the sales team through outbound and inbound tactics.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize internal processes, provide operational support, and ensure that targets are met and exceeded.
- Regional Strategy Development: Develop region-specific strategies for each customer segment to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure leads are properly qualified and tracked through a consistent feedback loop.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between regional sales and BDR teams, ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to opportunity conversion.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of people management experience in sales or marketing, ideally with a background in fintech, payments, or the crypto industry.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate a team to overachieve goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the crypto or financial sector is essential, with a preference for candidates with experience in fintech or payments.
- Sales Operations & Marketing: Experience with sales operations or marketing would be beneficial to optimize team workflows and ensure strategic alignment.
Compensation: For employees based in the NYC HQ, the compensation range for this role is estimated to be between $105,000 to $157,000, with additional bonuses, equity grants, and generous benefits depending on individual qualifications and experience.
