Job Title: Binance Accelerator Program – Marketing Spain

Location: Remote (Madrid, Spain)

Program Overview:

The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term, immersive experience for early-career talent and recent graduates to gain hands-on exposure in the Web3 and blockchain space. Participants will work on real marketing projects while developing professional networks and transferable skills.

Who Can Apply:

• Current university students or recent graduates
• Preferred fields: Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media and support content translation
• Monitor and report on local trends, communities, and news to inform marketing efforts
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (airdrops, AMAs, giveaways)
• Track user growth and activation metrics
• Support community engagement and brand awareness initiatives
• Help coordinate major Binance events and campaigns in Spain
• Assist with organizing educational blockchain hackathons across Spanish regions
• Collaborate with influencers (KOLs, YouTubers, Instagrammers) for marketing campaigns
• Provide community support, answer user queries, and build strong local Binance communities

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (graduate/postgraduate), ideally in Marketing or Communication
• Experience in community management and social platforms (Discord, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram)
• Strong passion for the crypto industry
• Exposure to digital marketing in B2C sectors like crypto exchanges, fintech, eCommerce, gaming, or tech
• Marketing experience with a Spanish crypto exchange is strongly preferred
• Performance marketing mindset and data-driven approach
• Experience in user growth and community development
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
• Event and community management experience is a plus
