Program Overview:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term opportunity for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing blockchain and Web3 industry. Participants receive practical exposure, mentorship, and professional development support.

Eligibility:

Open to current university students and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and optimizing paid social ad campaigns (TikTok, Meta, Twitter, Reddit)
• Support campaign setup, daily monitoring, and performance tracking
• Organize campaign data for reporting and analysis
• Learn and apply paid advertising best practices
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Contribute to ad copy testing and creative initiatives
• Document workflows, processes, and campaign insights
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Provide administrative support and suggest ways to improve performance

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising
• Prior internship or coursework in marketing/advertising is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and ad strategies
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and comfortable working with data and digital tools
