About Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term initiative designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing Web3 industry. As a part of the program, you will work on key Binance projects, network with professionals, and develop valuable skills to propel your career forward.

Who May Apply:

• Current university students or recent graduates
• Able to commit to working at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and maintenance of core Binance products.
• Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by the QA team.
• Assist the Customer Support (CS) team with problem-solving and classify issues for system improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.
• Strong foundation in Java and familiarity with basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking.
• Experience with the Spring microservice framework and an understanding of its operational mechanisms.
• Proficiency in MySQL, at least one NoSQL database, and common middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong logical thinking, team collaboration skills, and a quick learner.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Web3 projects is preferred.
