Role Overview

Adyen seeks a Product Financial Controller to lead financial controlling for its Banking Platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage audits, optimize processes, and ensure accurate accounting integration into financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling for Adyen’s internally-built banking products.
• Collaborate with Product, Operational Finance, and Reporting teams.
• Develop accounting flows for new financial products.
• Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage audit processes.
• Analyze financial data and variances.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Support internal control frameworks and risk assessments.
• Act as SME for financial products within Group Finance.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience in Financial Services or Tech is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and forward-thinking mindset.
