Join the Index Options Team to help price volatility, execute trades, and manage risk. You’ll contribute to building a leading volatility trading desk through deep expertise and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monetize short- and long-term mispricings
• Manage trading positions and risk effectively
• Own your execution strategy and collaborate closely with the team

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an Index Volatility Trader
• Proven track record managing positions and risk on a large desk
• Programming skills, preferably Python
• Strong understanding of volatility analytics and market dynamics
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in business, economics, STEM, or related field
