Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage the structured product roadmap
• Analyze market trends, user needs, and competitor offerings
• Define and monitor core product metrics (AUM, revenue, user growth)
• Support launches, user education, and promotions with operational teams
• Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Risk, BD, CS)
• Translate complex products into user-friendly content

Requirements:

• 5+ years in financial product or operations management
• Experience with structured/derivative/wealth products (crypto or traditional finance)
• Strong data skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau), product sense, and project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner

Preferred:

• Background in Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Familiarity with DeFi, blockchain, or holding CFA/FRM certifications
