The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers early career talent a hands-on, fixed-term opportunity to work in Web3 while building professional skills and networks.

Role Overview:

Join the Global Event Marketing team to manage swag operations—supporting events, internal teams, and brand visibility across Greater China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage swag requests, sourcing, and vendor coordination
• Track orders, deliveries, and inventory with admin/procurement teams
• Maintain organized trackers and approval workflows
• Monitor budgets and restock swag based on marketing needs

Requirements:

• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and collaborative
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus
• Experience with vendor/budget management preferred
• Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours
