Responsibilities:

• Support global event marketing with swag management
• Coordinate with admin and procurement for vendor sourcing, contracts, and budgets
• Track swag orders, approvals, and deliveries
• Manage inventory and restocking within budget

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and collaborative
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus)
• Flexible hours and remote work readiness
• Experience in budget/vendor management helpful
