Job Type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term

Eligibility: Current students or recent graduates (must commit to full-time, 5 days/week)

About the Role:

Join Binance’s User Experience Design team to contribute to internal system design projects that enhance efficiency and user experience. Work across teams to support design tasks throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support UX/UI design for internal tools and systems.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers across regions.
• Assist in prototyping, asset production, and UI polishing.
• Conduct UX/UI walkthroughs and competitive analysis to improve user experience.

Requirements:

• Basic hands-on design skills and knowledge of design principles.
• Background in Art, Design, Computer Science, or related experience.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and collaborative.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills.
