Role Overview

We are looking for a Blockchain Smart Contract Developer to explore innovations in blockchain technology and apply them to real-world business solutions. You will design, develop, and implement decentralized products & services while ensuring best practices in security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Research & innovate in blockchain technology and its business applications

🔹 Design & develop smart contracts for blockchain-based solutions

🔹 Engage with stakeholders & clients to define product vision & use cases

🔹 Develop POCs (Proof-of-Concepts) & MVPs (Minimal Viable Products)

🔹 Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices

🔹 Test & evaluate various blockchain systems

🔹 Contribute to open-source projects & blockchain communities

🔹 Manage & mentor team members in blockchain development

🔹 Conduct technical training for internal teams

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Smart Contract Development with Solidity
• Blockchain Frameworks: Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, Ripple, Indy
• Programming: JavaScript, Node.js
• DevOps & CI/CD Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins
• Security & Data Integration: Experience with distributed file systems
• Technical Architecture & System Design

🛠 Nice to Have:

• Experience in building data-blocking networks
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
