Position: Business Analyst

Location: Iași, Romania (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Who They Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5 years in a Business Analyst role (commercial experience)
• Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with clients, Technical Leads, and Product Owners
• Lead elicitation of business, technical, and operational requirements
• Manage medium backlogs of requirements across vendors/3rd parties
• Work with delivery teams on planning, prioritization, and estimation
• Challenge scope/priorities to deliver maximum business value
• Facilitate communication and remove impediments for teams
• Run workshops to identify gaps and dependencies
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization
• Interact with client stakeholders effectively
• Agile delivery knowledge, possibly including SAFe
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams

Nice to Have:

• Industry experience in Financial Services, Government/Public Sector, or Life Sciences/Healthcare
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello
• Experience with Postman (API testing)
• SQL knowledge for data analysis
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills in business/technical processes
