šÆ Role Summary
This BDR will focus on generating qualified sales leads in Japan and broader APAC. The role is ideal for someone whoās passionate about crypto, fintech, or SaaS sales and who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
This is a great opportunity for a self-starter fluent in Japanese, ideally with prior experience in lead generation, who wants to build a career in blockchain and digital asset infrastructure.
š§© Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, video calls
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach and campaign strategies
- Support the Sales Engineers during demos
- Travel occasionally for events, trade shows, and conferences
- Keep detailed records in HubSpot/Salesforce
ā Ideal Qualifications
- Experience as a BDR or SDR, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Fluent in Japanese (required)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, Drift, or other lead tools
- Tech-savvy and quick to grasp new software or platforms
- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-moving environment
- Curious, proactive, and resilient ā not afraid to fail or pivot
