Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:
- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Assist in lead generation, account potential assessment, and up-selling
- Collaborate with sales teams to support product sales
- Ensure compliance with UL's Code of Conduct and security policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience
- Understanding of product development, portfolio management, and regulatory environments
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
