About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Horizon Practice Lead for Corporate Sales in the APJ region. This leadership role involves enhancing CrowdStrike’s presence in the region, driving sales, and maintaining relationships with clients while positioning CrowdStrike’s advanced security solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to execute Horizon’s sales playbooks, demonstrating the value of the Falcon platform to solve their business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Horizon solution set, driving the CrowdStrike platform proposition across APJ.
- Collaborate with country leaders and regional corporate sales directors for strategic alignment.
- Guide specialist sales teams, optimizing resources to maximize market impact.
- Work with customers to design value-driven solutions that integrate into their business strategies.
- Provide leadership within a matrixed environment, influencing product line leaders across APJ.
- Equip sales teams to effectively position Horizon technologies, assisting in closing key opportunities.
- Deliver training to internal teams on the positioning of Horizon products.
- Collect and channel customer feedback to Product Management for future development.
- Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and internal teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity technology sales leadership or similar roles within SaaS-based platform companies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrix environments.
- Experience with pipeline management and engagement with internal/external corporate sales teams.
- Strong communication skills with C-suite, senior management, and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success selling complex security or SaaS solutions to C-level executives.
- Exceptional presentation skills, both virtually and in-person, to large audiences.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and high energy.
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred.
