Role Overview
As Project Commercialization Manager (PCM) Lead for the Confections & Seasonals cluster, you will lead complex innovation and commercialization projects, ensuring on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This includes overseeing a team of project managers, collaborating cross-functionally, and translating strategy into action.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Portfolio Management
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans
- Represent Confections in forums and support PCM Director
- Drive portfolio visibility, interdependencies, and risk mitigation
Project Execution
- Oversee cross-functional project planning and delivery
- Manage milestones, risk control, and governance reporting
- Ensure accurate project tracking and decision-making readiness
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of PCM professionals
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Serve as escalation point for project issues and decisions
Functional Excellence
- Master the I2M (Idea to Market) framework
- Adopt and drive standard tools, processes, and reporting routines
- Align project execution with broader strategic and business goals
Culture & Capability Building
- Foster continuous improvement and learning
- Encourage process enhancements and high execution standards
- Lead training and capability-building efforts across the team
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years in project management (FMCG/food industry preferred)
- Deep understanding of commercialization processes (I2M)
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Strategic mindset and curiosity for business and consumers
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines with seasonal complexity
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $117,400 – $161,425
- Eligible for performance-based bonus
