Role Overview:

Supporting Sr. Cost Manager/Area Manager by providing quantity estimates, rate analysis, quantity verification, and certification for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity estimates using various modes of measurement (SMM7, POMI, NRM, etc.)
• Use CostX software for quantifications
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings at different design stages
• Support efforts in quantification, verification, and certification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or Architecture (B.Arch)
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is a plus
• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with construction consultancy experience in India
• Strong technical skills and good command of English (verbal and written)
