Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead our Business & Finance YouTube channel. This role demands a strong mix of editorial strategy, video production, audience engagement, and industry knowledge to create insightful and monetizable content for a digitally savvy audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Development
• Plan and execute business-focused video content, covering market trends, finance tips, investment insights, and news.
• Video Production Oversight
• Lead the entire video production lifecycle – ideation, scripting, shooting, editing – ensuring relevance and quality.
• Audience Growth & Engagement
• Leverage YouTube analytics to optimize content performance and boost retention and subscriber base.
• Partnerships & Monetization
• Collaborate with finance influencers, brands, and industry experts to scale visibility and revenue via sponsorships and partnerships.
• Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with writers, editors, and designers to deliver consistent and impactful video content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Journalism, Communications, Media, or related field
• 3+ years of content production experience, ideally in business/finance
• Proven YouTube strategy knowledge, including SEO, analytics, and format optimization
• Strong storytelling and scripting abilities
• Experience managing creative teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Passion for finance, digital content, and media innovation
