Job Title: Customer Success Manager II

Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid)

Salary: $53,760 – $84,480/year + bonus + benefits


Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager II at ZoomInfo, you'll manage strategic customer relationships to drive product adoption, retention, and growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, deliver business reviews, and align ZoomInfo’s value with customers’ evolving needs. The role is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying expansion opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market strategic customers
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve business value
  • Conduct regular business reviews and success planning
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and collaborate on renewals
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and share feedback with product teams


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS sales
  • Experience working with mid-market clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and build cross-functional alignment
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
