📌 Position Overview

Title: Demand Planning Manager – Supply Chain

Location: San Francisco, CA

Team: Amazon eero (Wi-Fi hardware and smart home products)

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation:

• Base salary: $109,000 – $185,000/year (depending on location & experience)
• Additional: Equity, sign-on bonuses, full benefits (health, 401(k), etc.)

🧠 About the Role

You’ll own short- and long-term demand forecasting to support inventory, product planning, and strategic decision-making. You’ll be the bridge between sales, marketing, and supply chain, improving forecasting models and enabling efficient operations as eero scales globally.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine demand planning models, use “what-if” analysis to shape strategy
• Lead monthly executive demand review meetings, owning proposals and scenario analysis
• Design and automate demand planning tools to reduce manual work and increase accuracy
• Work cross-functionally with channel teams, finance, and supply chain
• Analyze trends, historical data, and macroeconomic indicators to predict product demand
• Collaborate on New Product Introductions (NPI) and lifecycle planning to manage transitions and avoid excess/obsolete inventory
• Drive forecast alignment to reduce volatility and improve service levels

✅ Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Excel-based analytics, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning
• Expertise in Excel (macros, pivot tables, data models)
• Strong statistical modeling skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience working with ERP systems and driving process automation
• Able to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Bachelor's degree (preferred in business, supply chain, engineering, statistics, or related field)
• Experience in consumer electronics
• Exposure to channel-based forecasting and demand sensing tools
