About the Role

• Lead and scale Semrush’s global demand generation function focusing on mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Develop and execute an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy aligned with sales goals.
• Own outbound campaign activities globally using paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, IT, and external agencies.
• Build and refine infrastructure (tools, lead scoring, funnel management) to deliver high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales.
• Manage budgets, forecast performance, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a diverse global marketing team.
• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in global demand generation with a strong ABM background in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success driving pipeline growth and revenue via enterprise marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing and scaling marketing teams globally.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
• Adaptable leader thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal.
• Passionate about innovation and results.
