Location: Remote – India (US Time Zones)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Up to ₹75 Lakhs Total CTC (Uncapped Commissions)

You’ll be joining as a founding GTM hire, working directly with the leadership team to:
- Shape and execute the enterprise sales strategy from scratch.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle and build playbooks as you go.

Key Responsibilities
🚀 Sales & GTM Execution
- Own the full sales motion: prospecting, discovery, demos, solution design, and closing.
- Customize outbound messaging and refine pitch strategies in real-time.
- Lead enterprise contract negotiations, manage long and multi-stakeholder cycles.
- Collaborate with product and engineering for successful onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
🤝 Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Identify and build strategic GTM partnerships (accounting firms, CFO networks, ISVs, MSPs).
- Launch and test co-selling motions with ecosystem partners.
- Represent GroRapid at industry events, partner summits, and key customer meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on US-based enterprise clients.
- Prior experience in early-stage startups (pre-Series A to Series B) is required.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodologies.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and builds processes from scratch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to sell to both technical and financial audiences.
- Willing to work US hours (typically starting ~4 AM IST, Mon–Fri).
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience selling to CFOs or finance teams.
- Background in billing, CPQ, accounting, or infrastructure SaaS.
- Past experience as a startup founder or early team member.
