🗓 Calendar Management: Organize schedules across global time zones

📊 Workflow Optimization: Support delegation, organization, and presentation of business objectives

💡 Culture Champion: Model and amplify TaxBit values

📌 Project Tracking: Monitor key programs, OKRs, and KPIs

🎯 Event Coordination: Organize offsites, team events, and strategic meetings

💻 Tech Integration: Partner with Corporate Engineering for technical needs

📈 Process Improvement: Continuously refine and scale operations as TaxBit grows

✔️ 10+ years experience in an Executive BP, EA, or similar role

✔️ Data-driven mindset with strong Excel & PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts)

✔️ Proven ability to build and optimize processes
