Financial Planning & Analysis Associate — Rokt (New York, NY)
Salary: $140K–$153K base, total comp $157K–$170K including equity
Type: Full-time, On-site (4 days/week in office)

Role Overview
You will be a high-impact FP&A Associate supporting budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic analysis. This role demands strong analytical skills, executive communication, and leveraging AI-first financial tools to drive business decisions. You'll partner with leadership across Finance, GTM, Product, and People teams to enable data-driven insights and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Planning: Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans. Analyze trends and deliver insights to inform resource allocation.
- IPO & Public Company Readiness: Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecasting accuracy and support investor communications for IPO preparations.
- AI-Driven Modeling: Utilize AI-powered tools (Pigment, Cursor, Python/Excel APIs) to automate and enhance forecasting and financial workflows.
- Performance Analytics: Create dashboards, recurring reports, and detailed analyses that track revenue, margin, and cash flow drivers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, GTM, Product, and People leaders on planning and performance initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years relevant experience, including investment banking analyst training and 1-2 years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth tech company (experience in pre-IPO/IPO environment is a plus)
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, expert in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable handling large datasets
- Executive presence with clear communication of insights to senior leaders
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, with strong ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, generalist mindset eager to collaborate across teams
