About the Role:

Join Deloitte’s Customer team within the Government and Public Services (GPS) Technology group. You’ll lead functional enhancements, analyze incidents, and work closely with development teams and clients on eligibility, benefits, and case management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering and design sessions
• Analyze incidents and defects versus system designs
• Collaborate with teams and clients to resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain clear design documentation
• Ensure traceability of requirements through project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with state public assistance systems (eligibility, benefits determination/issuance, case management)
• 3+ years experience in Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E)
• Proficient with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases
• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• Bachelor’s degree
• Willingness to travel 0-20%

Preferred:

• Experience managing small to mid-size projects or teams
