Program Overview:

The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term initiative designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the expanding Web3 space. Participants will explore life at Binance, engage with the blockchain ecosystem, and develop a professional network alongside transferable career skills.

About the Role – Binance VIP & Institutional Team:

The team provides digital asset solutions to VIP clients and institutional market participants, including traders, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, and fintech firms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive analysis on institutional clients' Futures products, APIs, fee structures, etc.
• Respond promptly to institutional clients’ business needs and improve client satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between technical and product teams to resolve system and data-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents and support materials.
• Record and organize issues and solutions to improve business support efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in quantitative trading and institutional business with a proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, capable of managing client needs efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for smooth client and internal team interactions.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand institutional products and technology.
• Native-level English proficiency for effective global communication.
