Binance is seeking a Global Affiliate Manager to grow and manage its affiliate network. You'll onboard influencers, optimize performance, run campaigns, detect fraud, and collaborate cross-functionally to boost user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage affiliates (YouTubers, influencers, media)
• Analyze performance and execute ROI-driven campaigns
• Monitor competitors and detect fraudulent activity
• Build internal reports and suggest optimizations

Requirements:

• Affiliate program experience (crypto/fintech preferred)
• Strong communication and BD skills
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Analytical and results-driven
