Role: Head of Go-to-Market (GTM)
Company: 0x
Location: Remote (San Francisco HQ)
Salary: $200K–$300K + equity + ZRX tokens
Type: Full-time
Mission:
Own and scale the revenue engine for 0x API. Lead cross-functional teams to drive predictable, compounding business growth by integrating sales, marketing, BD, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales, DevRel, Support, BD, and Product Marketing
- Define ICPs, GTM strategies, pipeline targets, and forecasts
- Own pricing, positioning, and commercial terms
- Develop demand-gen programs and GTM tech stack (CRM, attribution, sales enablement)
- Build customer/partner relationships and close strategic deals
- Feed customer insights into the product roadmap
Requirements:
- Proven GTM, Sales, or BD leadership experience
- Strong background in enterprise sales & product-led growth (PLG)
- Experience scaling startups or Tier-1 tech companies
- Knowledge of DeFi and strong alignment with 0x's mission
- Excellent cross-functional communication and strategic planning skills
