Head of Mortgage – GalaxyOne

📍 Remote | 💼 Full-Time | 🧠 Senior Role

About the Role:

Lead the development, launch, and scaling of a new mortgage product under GalaxyOne. You’ll build a high-performing team, define strategy, ensure compliance, and create a seamless, tech-driven mortgage experience aligned with Galaxy’s fintech and Web3 innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and launch GalaxyOne’s mortgage product from scratch
• Lead go-to-market, regulatory setup, and operational execution
• Drive user growth and product adoption
• Hire and manage the mortgage division team
• Ensure full regulatory compliance (TILA, RESPA, etc.)
• Establish partnerships with lenders, vendors, and regulators
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a digital-first approach
• Define and track success metrics (KPIs, customer satisfaction)

Requirements:

• 5+ years in mortgage industry, including senior leadership roles
• Active MLO license (U.S. state)
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset and product ownership
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Experience with fintech, digital lending, or blockchain is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
