Role Overview:

Lead the full recruiting lifecycle to expand Rain’s team, focusing on scalable hiring processes, diversity, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for all departments and levels.
• Partner with leadership on headcount planning and hiring priorities.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience.
• Source, attract, and close top-tier candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
• Build Rain’s employer brand across platforms and communities.
• Implement diversity hiring strategies to strengthen inclusivity.
• Track recruitment metrics and collaborate with external agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years recruiting experience, especially in early-stage, high-growth startups.
• Proven success in fintech or technical hiring environments.
• Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and compensation planning.
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills for cross-level collaboration.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ATS/HR tools like Ashby and Justworks.
• Experience with international/global recruiting.
• Background in fintech or crypto sectors.
