Summary:

The Health Representative connects healthcare professionals (HCPs) with Pfizer's therapies and digital solutions, driving product awareness, improving patient care, and supporting sales goals. The role combines account management, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid (field and virtual) model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage HCPs to promote Pfizer medicines and digital health services
• Build strong, long-term relationships across assigned accounts
• Provide medical and promotional information tailored to customer needs
• Leverage virtual tools to conduct at least 50% of engagements remotely
• Analyze market and customer insights to guide strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams (Virtual Health, KAM, SMEs)
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy or Medical degree required
• Strong communication, analytical, and digital engagement skills
• Business acumen with ability to manage targets and account plans
• Proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable
• English communication skills preferred
