Summary:

Pfizer is seeking a Health Representative to connect healthcare professionals (HCPs) with innovative therapies and digital services. This hybrid role involves managing key customer relationships, delivering scientific information, supporting Pfizer's product portfolio, and driving engagement both in-person and virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs across assigned accounts
• Promote Pfizer medicines and digital tools to improve patient care
• Develop account strategies and execute customer engagement plans
• Deliver accurate, scientific product information and market insights
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (KAMs, SMEs, virtual reps)
• Leverage digital channels for at least 50% of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Digital proficiency and analytical mindset
• Strategic planning and sales acumen
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency preferred
• Must meet legal and compliance standards for practice
