Overview:

Lead and manage a team of Health Representatives in the oncology sector, drive business performance, coach field staff, ensure compliance, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Regional Manager on territory business plans
• Supervise and coach Health Representatives to meet goals
• Ensure adherence to Pfizer’s policies and Vietnamese regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders
• Manage customer database and district performance
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
• Promote ethical behavior and compliance with Pfizer Code of Conduct

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy/Medicine degree required
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Medical Representative
• At least 2 years’ experience in team or Key Account management (oncology preferred)
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and English proficiency
• Must not be under legal or professional restrictions
