Role Summary:

Connect customers to Pfizer’s vaccine therapies and digital services, build long-term relationships, and manage accounts within a defined territory. Focus on consultative selling and leveraging digital tools to enhance healthcare professionals’ (HCPs) patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard customers to new digital platforms and engagement models
• Plan and execute effective in-person and virtual customer interactions
• Use digital tools (e.g., Veeva) and analytics to develop insights and improve engagement
• Provide scientifically accurate medical information on vaccines and related therapies
• Collaborate with Pfizer’s Digital and Medical teams to improve offerings
• Manage account plans, maximizing opportunities across Pfizer’s vaccine portfolio
• Maintain compliance with legal, medical, and regulatory standards
• Establish trusting relationships with HCPs across primary and secondary care
• Adapt strategies based on customer and patient needs

Qualifications:

• Tertiary diploma/degree in business, science, or healthcare (pharmacist, nurse preferred)
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in pharma/medical device; vaccine experience a plus
• Strong digital literacy and willingness to learn new tools
• Strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Commercial acumen, target-driven, with good organizational skills
• Valid class 3 driving license; having a car preferred
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently
