About the Role:

Join Galaxy’s London-based investment banking team to support advisory services in M&A, capital markets, and private placements within the digital assets and fintech sectors. You'll work across the full deal lifecycle, from origination to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on M&A and capital raising transactions
• Conduct valuation, due diligence, and financial modeling
• Support deal structuring, documentation, and negotiations
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution
• Contribute to business development and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking or Big 4 transaction services
• Background in digital assets, fintech, TMT, or FIG is a plus
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management ability
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Passion for crypto and digital finance
