🔧 Key Responsibilities

You will lead IT operations with an emphasis on:

• Cloud-first infrastructure
• Mac/Linux device management (via Jamf)
• Identity & access control (via Okta)
• Automation & scripting (Python or Bash)
• Cross-functional collaboration for internal services

Core functions:

• Networking & connectivity: Configure and troubleshoot network environments
• Endpoint management: Maintain compliance and security of Mac/Linux systems
• IAM: Oversee provisioning and access lifecycle via Okta
• Patch management & security: Maintain secure system updates
• Support & troubleshooting: Deep hands-on technical problem-solving
• Automation: Use scripting and tools (e.g., Torq, Workato) to streamline operations

📚 Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years in IT engineering within SaaS/cloud-native orgs
• Expertise with:
• Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
• Mac & Linux device management
• AWS or Azure operational knowledge
• Solid scripting skills (Python or Bash)
• Strong background in network security and support

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with automation tools like Torq or Workato
• Familiarity with security standards and permissions management
• Background in project/task management for IT ops
