🧠 Job Summary

As an IT Support Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting the tech infrastructure inside Amazon’s operational facilities. You will support hardware, software, and network systems across multiple buildings or remotely. The position involves hands-on tasks, travel within the region, and a strong customer service mindset.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware such as:
• Zebra thermal printers
• Thin clients, handheld terminals
• Scanners and desktop systems (Windows/Mac/Linux)
• Address support tickets and on-site service requests
• Train new team members in IT tools and systems
• Monitor and respond to IT incidents across multiple buildings
• Stand or walk during 10–12 hour shifts and move equipment weighing up to 49 lbs (22 kg)
• Travel locally or regionally to resolve technical issues at other Amazon sites

✅ Basic Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment supporting:
• Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
• Experience in troubleshooting complex, interdependent IT systems
• Hands-on familiarity with:
• Zebra thermal printers
• PCs, scanners, handheld terminals
• Thin clients

• Industry certifications such as:
• CompTIA A+ / Network+
• Cisco CCNA
• Linux (e.g., RedHat)
• AWS certifications
