Location: Mexico City (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)
Salary: $320K–$400K MXN/year
Level: Junior
Role Overview:
Provide L1 and L2 support for Udemy employees in the AMER region. Handle IT requests, device management, SaaS tools, and collaborate with global IT and workplace teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Mac, Windows, mobile devices
- Manage onboarding/offboarding & hardware lifecycle
- Support tools like Google, Okta, Slack, JAMF, ServiceNow
- Assist with AV, asset management, and patching
Requirements:
- 2+ years in IT support, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Experience with MDM tools, ticketing systems, and executive support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
