Job Title: Manager, Enterprise Sales Development

Role Overview

Lead and develop a high-performing Enterprise Sales Development team focused on driving qualified pipeline opportunities within large enterprise accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and contribute to business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, train, and coach Strategic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Define and track performance metrics to drive SDR success
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching through role plays, shadowing, and feedback
  • Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to align campaigns with territory goals
  • Implement creative sales tactics to engage multiple buyer personas
  • Manage reporting and dashboards to communicate SDR performance across the organization
  • Continuously improve sales development processes, training, and hiring strategies
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding SDRs


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in Enterprise sales or sales development
  • Proven ability to deliver pipeline results in a fast-growing, outbound sales environment
  • Strong understanding of SDR outbound sales motions and early-career seller motivation
  • Experience with enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) prospecting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and sales technology ecosystems
  • Excellent active listening, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for customer success and team leadership


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $73,500 - $115,500 per year
  • Additional compensation: bonus, commission, equity, and benefits
