Job Description:

Deloitte is hiring a Growth Business Partner Manager to help drive and align business unit (BU) strategy with the firm’s overall growth objectives. This role acts as a strategic advisor, responsible for managing BU priorities, executing transformation initiatives, and collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Industries, and Client Relationship teams. You’ll support senior stakeholders, develop strategic insights, and drive accountability across projects.
