Join Rain’s Growth team to help amplify brand presence in fintech. Support multi-channel campaigns, manage content calendars, oversee community engagement on social platforms, and assist with event planning. Collaborate across teams to create partner materials and analyze campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute content, email, events, and partner campaigns
• Manage social media and community engagement
• Support industry event participation and related communications
• Collaborate with Business Development on materials
• Track and report on campaign metrics
• Contribute new marketing ideas and experiments

Requirements:

• 1–4 years B2B marketing or communications experience
• Strong writing, creativity, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
• NYC-based with hybrid work ability, willing to travel (<20%)
• AI savvy and self-driven

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or startups
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Figma, Ahrefs
