Rain builds the infrastructure that powers stablecoins for real-world financial use — credit cards, cross-border payments, B2B, and more. We're a fast-moving fintech startup focused on creating a borderless financial system.

Role Overview:

Join the Growth team to amplify Rain’s presence across fintech. You’ll support multi-channel campaigns, manage content, coordinate events, and help craft partner materials. This role involves close collaboration with BD, Ops, Engineering, and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute content, email, events, and partner campaigns
• Manage content calendar: social, blog posts, press releases
• Own community management on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn
• Assist event planning and messaging for industry presence
• Track and report on campaign performance
• Propose new growth ideas and experiments

What You Bring:

• 1–4 years B2B marketing or communications experience
• Strong execution skills; can write polished content independently
• Creative, experimental mindset for campaigns and content
• Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
• AI-native with good judgment on human vs. automated content
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• NYC-based, able to work from SoHo office

Bonus:

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or startups
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Muck Rack, Figma, Canva
