Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (Bangkok, Thailand)

Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Build and nurture a local crypto community; lead meetups, events, and online forums
• Social Media & Content: Develop content calendars, create engaging posts, and manage multiple social channels
• Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Work with influencers, KOLs, and local blockchain brands to expand reach
• Market Activation: Execute offline marketing activities, including event sponsorships and guerrilla campaigns
• Market Research & Analytics: Monitor market trends, track campaign performance, and gather user insights
• Customer Support Liaison: Serve as the community’s point of contact; collect feedback and coordinate with support and product teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in crypto, fintech, or tech marketing and community management
• Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto markets, and user behavior
• Strong social media and digital content creation experience
• Bilingual in English and Thai
• Skilled in project management and able to handle fast-paced environments
• Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Bonus: experience with design/video tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Active participant in crypto forums and communities
• Strong network within the local tech or crypto ecosystem
