Position: Mid Market Account Executive, APAC

Role Overview
You will drive revenue growth across the APAC region through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, engage with multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle B2B software sales, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Handle long, complex sales processes with Legal/Finance/IT involvement
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of mid-market clients
- Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Use data-driven, value-based selling approaches
- Accurately forecast sales performance
- Share insights to refine internal sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in B2B software sales, with proven success exceeding targets
- Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., BANT), procurement, and account development
- Martech/SalesTech experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and adaptable
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus
