🔹 Position Summary

Title: Practice Operations Lead – Deloitte Private (Senior Manager 2)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $144,300 – $265,600/year

Travel: 0–10% expected

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy & PMO Operations: Execute and evolve the strategic vision of Deloitte Private.
• Lead Signature Programs: Oversee programs that enhance client engagement, marketplace presence, and business growth.
• Executive Support: Prepare leadership communications, reports, dashboards, and strategic project deliverables.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with U.S. and global leaders to align operations with strategic priorities.
• Operational Oversight: Handle business-wide communications, meeting logistics, and cross-functional coordination.
• Innovate and Transform: Bring in new approaches to demand generation, digital engagement, and client experience.
• Support Governance & Reporting: Create leadership briefings, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

🔹 Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience:
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Prior client service experience
• Experience in strategy execution, PMO leadership, or operations-led transformation
• Skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Strong executive presence and writing/storyboarding skills
• Ability to manage confidential/sensitive matters
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
• Work Authorization: Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
